Call for contributions

Submissions are accepted on the basis that at least one presenter must register and attend the conference.

Each registrant may only PRESENT one (1) paper, or (1) showcase, or (1) workshop.

Authors will find it helpful to refer to the Information for Reviewers (PDF), in particular the sections on the review process and rating the papers, before submitting their paper.  Contributions should be original, comply with copyright law and reflect the HERDSA guidelines relating to format and presentation.

The closing date for earlybird submissions is 20th November 2008.
Due to the high cost of travel to Darwin in July early submission is recommended - see http://conference.herdsa.org.au/2009/dates.html
The final closing date for submissions is the 20th February 2009.
There will be NO extensions to this final submission date.

• All contributions (abstracts and papers) must be submitted through this website. Please use the tabs (Authors or Login tab) to proceed to the submission page.
You will be asked to make sure that you have used the HERDSA 2009 template for your Paper http://conference.herdsa.org.au/2009/Formatting_Guidelines.pdf. If your final version of your Paper does not conform to the requirements in the template we may not have time to reformat it for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
